Thank you for shopping with AussomePets! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Period

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please contact us before returning any item to initiate the process and receive instructions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@aussomepets.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will provide confirmation and a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send the items.

  3. Do not send items back before approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days of acceptance.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please include your request when you contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including (but not limited to):

  • Grooming tools that have been used

  • Personal care products once opened

  • Beds, carriers, litter boxes

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, treats)

Items deemed non-returnable will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the condition.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

8. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale, promotional clearance, or gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
