AussomePets — Shipping & Returns Policy

At AussomePets, our goal is to offer high-quality pet products at the best possible prices. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are fulfilled, delivery timelines, and our return conditions.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

To offer competitive pricing and a wider selection, AussomePets operates with multiple fulfillment locations:

  • Some products are stocked and shipped from our Laval, Québec warehouse

  • Other products are shipped directly from our trusted overseas warehouses

If an item is temporarily out of stock in our Canadian warehouse, it may be shipped from one of our overseas locations, which can result in longer delivery times.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on product availability and shipping origin.

Orders shipped from Canada (Laval warehouse):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

Orders shipped from overseas warehouses:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders over $75.00 before taxes.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

6. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return steps

Unless the return is due to an error or defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Opened or used consumables (food, treats, supplements)


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
